| The ride secretary chose well for this ride. The weather was kind to us. The ride was excellent, slightly longer than planned as we missed a invisible right turn and ended up back at Pateley bridge, we all dug deep for the massive climb up Greenhow hill....2 1/2 miles of sheer pleasure!!! This hill wrote George off......even the fittest bloke in Barlick could not handle the hill. Aparantly George loves pink and wearing tights!! Not bad for a so called rugby player. so the rided ended up around 26 miles. |
